Service Description

In this personalised two-part Vocal Health MOT with Rebecca Reid — an initial 60-minute assessment followed by a dedicated follow-up session — you’ll receive tailored support to help you understand and care for your voice with confidence. Together, we’ll explore your vocal history, assess your current voice use, and identify any areas of tension, fatigue, or imbalance. You’ll be guided through gentle vocal exercises — including SOVTs — and leave with practical strategies to support your voice day-to-day.

⚠️ Please note: These are NOT rehabilitation sessions. If you have been diagnosed with a vocal pathology or are undergoing medical treatment for voice problems, you'll need to follow the guidance of your ENT and Speech and Language Therapist, and be cleared to resume singing before beginning habilitation work.
