Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rebecca Reid Singing Studio, I aim to create a supportive, reliable, and transparent experience for every student. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for both in-person and online singing lessons, vocal health sessions, and digital courses.
About This Policy
This policy exists to ensure fairness and clarity for all students. I respect the time and commitment you invest in your vocal training, and I ask for the same consideration in return. Please take a few moments to review the terms before booking your lesson or course.
Singing Lessons & Vocal Health Session Policy
Pay-As-You-Go Singing Lessons (Belfast & Online)

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

All rescheduling must be completed via the online booking system, where you can choose another available time.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra charge.

I completely understand that life happens, but please note that lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice (for any reason) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. This ensures I can continue offering consistent, high-quality support to all students.
Weekly & Monthly Lesson Plans

For weekly or monthly plans, please provide 7 days’ notice before your next billing date to pause or cancel your plan.

All plans are non-refundable. Missed or unused sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded.

In-Person and Online Sessions

The same cancellation terms apply for both in-person and online sessions.

If you experience technical difficulties during an online lesson, please contact me promptly. I’ll do my best to rearrange or credit the session where appropriate.
Digital Courses & Online Materials
As soon as you purchase a digital course, you receive immediate lifetime access to your materials. Because of this, refunds are not available once a course or download has been accessed.
If you experience any technical issues or are unable to access your course, please contact me within 7 days of purchase and I’ll ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
All digital resources are created by Rebecca Reid BSc (Hons), GradDipMus, MA (Music Education) — a certified Vocal Habilitation Professional and Vocal Health First Aider — to ensure they are evidence-based and delivered with professional care.
Communication, Fairness & Compassion
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events arise, please get in touch as soon as possible. Every situation is unique, and I’ll always consider genuine cases with compassion and professionalism.

This policy is reviewed regularly to remain aligned with current studio practices and consumer protection standards. Updates will always be dated clearly at the top of this page so you know which version applies to your booking.
